Business is gaining more and more value of evidence-based approaches. Good to see that HR is catching up with valid theory frameworks, experiments and empirical approaches to close the science-practice gap.
I received my certificate for the openSAP MOOC in „People Analytics and Evidence-Based- Management”. As a former sports psychologist it is going „back to the roots“. Business and sports have a lot in common but one should refrain from „copy-and-paste“ transfers when we look for learnings both sides can deliver.
